                                                                                                                                                                    honour - for his service in Afghanistan.
                                                                                                                                                                    The citation reads, ‘for the most
                                                                                                                                                                    conspicuous gallantry in action in
                                                                                                                                                                    circumstances of extreme peril as
                                                                                                                                                                    Patrol Second-in-Command, Special
                                                                                                                                                                    Operations Task Group on Operation
                                                                                                                                                                    SLIPPER.’
